Getting better together: What’s changing at Bearpaw for you

2025 was an extraordinary year for us together — economically strong, full of changes and with many moments in which we felt how much we can achieve as partners. Thank you for your trust.

For 2026, we have set ourselves a clear goal: We want to be the most reliable, fastest and most personal partner in the industry for you. Not at some point — but now, step by step.

To achieve this, we have introduced new processes, expanded our customer team and invested in new technologies. In this post, we explain what is changing specifically — and what this means for your daily collaboration with us.

The new Bearpaw Partner Portal

Effective immediately, we have a central Partner Portal through which you can communicate with us. Instead of emails that disappear somewhere in the inbox, you will have a clear overview of all your requests there — including status, history and faster responses from our side.

What you can expect:

  • All requests (tickets) in one place — clear and traceable
  • Automatic forwarding to the responsible department — no more internal detours
  • In the future, also news, updates and information directly in the portal

The new returns portal

Returns will in future be handled exclusively via our new digital returns portal. This makes the process faster, more transparent and more straightforward for you — from submission to final processing.

We ask you to enter all your still open returns via the new system — existing requests outside the portal will be closed.

 

Our new customer team

We have fundamentally restructured our customer team — with six members from the areas of fulfillment, production, product, accounting and account management. The goal: Every request immediately reaches the right contact person.

What this means for you:

  • Every Bearpaw partner receives a personal Account Manager
  • Your Account Manager will proactively get in touch with you — regarding offers, terms, sales and customer satisfaction
  • Specialist inquiries (e.g. logistics) are automatically forwarded directly to the right department
  • Fewer bottlenecks — faster, more precise responses

 

What’s coming: Outlook until the end of April

We are not finished yet — and that’s a good thing. By the end of April, we will continue to expand our front team and introduce direct extensions to the individual specialist departments. This will enable you to reach the right people even faster in the future.

We are also continuing to optimize our telephony and returns processing — more on this soon.
